Waddesdon Manor was built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild to display his superb collection of art treasures. It is now a National Trust Property. The Victorian garden at Waddesdon is one of the finest in Britain. It has an aviary, parterre, statuary, fountains and woodland playground. There is a full range of events through the year. Opening hours:Gardens Peak Season (including Aviary, Shops, Restaurants and Woodland Playground) Til Sunday 1 November. Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Monday and Tuesday, except Bank Holidays. 10.00-5.00
