Rookery Open Farm

Rookery Open Farm is a fun and educational trip to the farm, with the chance to see many animals.
Much of Rookery Open Farm is under cover offering a good alternative on wet days. In one large barn, animals from goats to rabbits will entertain the childen, and there's even a chance to go in to the goat pens.
This is a commercial sheep and cattle farm, so it is a farm attraction which really places the emphasis on the animals. During lambing season, see some of the hundreds of lambs being born.
There's a water fowl area, calves, ponies, as well as indoor and outdoor play areas at Rookery Open Farm.
It is located in Stoke Bruerne, the atttractive village where the Grand Union Canal goes through (see its entry) allowing you to combine locations for the day.
