Olney Mothers & Wives

Olney Wives and Mothers meet on the second Wednesday of the month at the Olney centre, from 7.30 til around 9.30pm.

Most months a speaker is welcomed with an interesting topic, but some months the members play games and have fish and chips.

The group also arange rambles and picnics. It's a social group and each year there's a birthday party.

One of the organisers - Sylvia - who has been going to the club for 40 years, says the group like to muck in together to help put events together. New members are welcome to go along or to ring her.

Meetings include tea or coffee and biscuits and a free raffle, Membership costs £5 a year with £1.50 payable each month towards meeting costs.
