Bedford Hospital has 403 beds and is an acute district general hospital.

Bedford Hospital is situated close to Bedford town centre and has three dedicated patient and visitor car parks (pay and display).

The hospital's main site is South Wing which is located on Kempston Road and also houses Cygnet wing, the site for women's and children's services.

Visiting times for most wards are 2pm and 8pm every day, however, visitors are not permitted on the wards between 5:30pm and 6:15pm
